The Personalization team is in charge of delivering personal campaigns to our international customers, using data analysis and our propriety campaign management software.

We are looking for a data-oriented person for a Junior Campaign Manager position, to join our Personalization team.

The Junior Campaign Manager is responsible to setup, calibrate, execute and monitor our marketing operations and campaign management tools. He is in charge of the personal campaign performance for an existing account (oversea). The role includes a large variety of responsibilities and skills, such as data analysis and business analysis skills, customer relationships and technical skills.

Job description:

  • Responsibility for all on-going operational activities
  • Work closely within a team of data analysts and BI developers.
  • Work with oversea customers and our customer success team
  • Gain a deep understanding of Sagarmatha’s propriety software, its capabilities and limits, different interfaces with the customer and our product’s ecosystem.
  • Use SQL for data manipulation and analysis.

Requirements:

  • A data person: loves numbers, and building a story out of a data set.
  • A doer, someone who can handle multiple tasks at a time and can manage their time efficiently.
  • Technical orientation, with an understanding of software systems.
  • Analytical or technical position background.
  • Basic SQL knowledge (query level) – an advantage
  • English level – fluent.
  • Highly detail oriented and responsible
  • Knows to work independently but also as part of a team
  • A/B.Sc in engineering, science, economy, information systems or other data and numbers oriented field – an advantage

We are looking a Product Manager to join our product team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the strategic vision of our BI platform, identifying and defining new use cases, dashboards, features and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with engineering team and QA, define version scope, sprint scope, epics and user stories, and balance of resources and priorities to ensure successful launch for the entire organization.
  • Define success metrics and track daily metrics to ensure all are meeting defined time line.
  • Work collaboratively with Executive, Customer Success, Sales, to drive product requirements and effectively launch.
  • Collect and document feedback from internal and external users.
  • Manage support issues for both internal and external stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.

 

Must Haves:

  • Must have :2+ years of product management experience in business analytics building dashboards, defining KPI’s in self-service platforms.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
  • Prior experience with technical architecture of complex and highly-scalable data bases and data structure.
  • Familiarity and experience with wireframe design, UX , dashboards and data visualization tools.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple parties, fast moving projects with tight deadlines, and setting priorities.
  • Experience with Agile software development / Scrum methodology.
  • Strong analytic skills.
  • High level of English.

Experience working with analytics/reporting tools such as PowerBI, Look

We are looking for a sharp and passionate Business Data Analyst Expert, to join our Personalization team. Using your technical and analytical skills, you’ll be responsible for telling the story behind the numbers and understanding how people interact with our campaigns.

Job description:

  • Analyze large, complex data sets representing users’ behavior, see beyond numbers and help to inform, influence, support, and execute our business decisions.
  • Gain a deep understanding of Sagarmatha’s propriety software, its capabilities and limits, different interfaces with the customer, and our product’s ecosystem.
  • Use SQL for data manipulation and analysis. Leveraging our data sources to propose new ideas.
  • Work closely with Product, Operation, Analytics and Customer Success teams, be proactive and provide actionable recommendations and conclusions from transaction data to shape business strategies.
  • Plan and analyze effective A/B tests in order to improve business KPIs.
  • Measure and improve performance of campaigns.
  • Define requirements for reports and dashboards to monitor campaign performance, key business metrics, and customer’s experience.

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of analytical work experience
  • BSc/BA in a highly quantitative field such as mathematics / Industrial Engineering / Economics / Statistics or equivalent academic knowledge.
  • Outstanding analytical & technical skills.
  • Strong SQL with experience in querying large, complex data sets.
  • Ability to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations.
  • A doer, someone who can handle multiple tasks at a time and can manage their time efficiently.
  • Knows to work independently but also as part of a team
  • English level – fluent.
