We receive the loyalty data of millions of shoppers daily, and apply machine learning and optimization algorithms in order to drive measurable growth, execute personalized campaigns, extract insights and drive shoppers for action.

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team and lead the business collaboration and the customer success processes with our US based customers.

 

The ideal candidate has a mix of excellent personal skills, experience in B2B companies, data orientation and strong analytical skills, ability to create valuable insights based on shopper behavior data, strong project management skills and experience in collaborating in a cross- functional environment, uncompromised professional skills and “Can do” attitude.

 

Our offices are located in Yakum.

As our customer success manager, you will be:

  • Managing the front-line relationships with our US customers on an ongoing basis  while creating deep understanding of the customer’s strategic needs and acting as his professional trusted advisor.
  • Serve as “The voice of the client” and drive internal and external stakeholders to meet the client’s strategic goals.
  • Managing a Gannt  of the customer’s personalized campaigns and projects.
  • Working closely and coordinate with the company’s various departments: campaigns execution, analytics, data, data science and product to ensure the most professional service possible.
  • Being involve in operational processes within the company to ensure best solutions to the customers and according to the personalized campaigns timelines.
  • Analyzing data of Sagarmatha’s personalized campaigns performance and shopper behavior to create valuable marketing insights and recommendations to improve performance and support the customer’s business strategy.
  • Building presentations and presenting to the customer on a regular basis (both remote and on-site)

 

Desired experience and skills:

  • A in Economics, Business administration, Statistics, Social science or similar in a known university.
  • 5 years of experience in managing customer success processes from B2B/ Professional services/ Market research companies with Big-data/ Machine learning/ Marketing automation orientation.
  • A demonstrated track record of success in effectively developing and managing customers relationships.
  • Experience with the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry from the suppliers or retailers’ side – big advantage.
  • A data person with strong analytical skills: loves numbers and building a story out of a data set
  • High presentation skills and story- telling.
  • High level of proficiency in Excel and Power point- must. SQL – advantage.
  • Detail-oriented and hands- on individual who also can think and plan strategically.
  • Creative, Initiative, proactive, problem solver, self-motivated team player with high energies, high level of accountability and a great person to work with!
  • Fluent in English – verbal and written communication skills.

Job Description

  • Build our next generation real-time recommendation engine.
  • Design & Develop scalable & fast (sub-second) APIs and services to deliver personalized recommendations
  • Develop in Java, python , and Scala
  • Work with modern big data databases ( Delta lake, Snowflake, Cassandra, etc ) as well as relational databases ( SQL server, MySQL)

Requirements:

Sagarmatha is looking for a QA engineer to join our team and support our weekly campaigns, based on the Sagramatha’s products. Sagarmatha’s products support retailers’ strategies, by personalizing their customers’ content based on the best offer on the best communication channel – creating a unique customer experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for quality assurance of the products outputs to Sagarmatha’s customers. Verificating deliverables with no bugs, validating implementation of strategy, and ensuring that the product works correctly. You should have a keen eye for details, excellent communication skills and passion for quality.

 

Responsibilities

Design and Execute Tests- design automated tests to validate applications by creating scripts that run testing functions automatically. This includes determining priority for test scenarios and creating execution plans to implement these scenarios.

Identify and Report Bugs- analyze bug reports and highlight problems to help identify fixes for them. Deliver regular reports identifying these bugs to other members of the team.

  • Review and analyze system specifications
  • Develop test plans and test cases
  • Execute test cases (manual or automatic) and analyze results
  • Report bugs and errors to development team
  • Be the user’s advocate in terms of using the system

Requirements

  • SW Engineering/industrial engineering student
  • SQL and python knowledge
  • Available for weekly work on Wednesday + Thursday (must), and additional days (an advantage).

Job Description

  • Manage big data team including new recruits
  • Design and implementation of a cloud based, big data scoring and targeting solution
  • Migrating current algorithms and capabilities into the new environment
  • Adding new capabilities and features according to product roadmap
  • Laying out the infrastructure to support the data science flow required including a research and testing environment
  • Working closely with the data science and product teams

 

Requirements:

  • A/B.Sc in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or similar in a known university – an advantage
  • Team/Group management skills. At least 5 years of experience.
  • Software development: at least 10 years of experience.
  • Experience with distributed big-data environment (Spark)
  • Experience working with a NoSQL databases – advantage
  • Experience using orchestration solutions (e.g. Luigi, azure datafactory)-advantage
  • Experience building cloud based solutions, preferably Azure
  • Experience working with a data science/recommendations team to deploy machine learning solutions – a big advantage.
