Job Description

  • Analyze large, complex data sets, see beyond numbers and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Proactively provide insights that will lead the business growth
  • Own and manage multiple data initiatives and projects both on an on-going and an ad-hoc basis, while using new approaches of data analytics
  • Manage multiple tasks at a time in fast-paced environment
  • Work with our local customers to support any analytical requirement
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses with actionable recommendations and conclusions

Requirements

  • B.A/B.Sc degree in quantitative field (Statistics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems Engineering or equivalent)
  • Excel and SQL a must; Power BI experience preferred
  • Exceptional ability and passion to understand data and to transform it into insights and recommendations
  • Technical orientation
  • Experience as a Data / BI analyst – advantage
  • Statistic modeling and prediction – advantage
  • Excellent communication skills with fluent English (Oral & Written)

We are looking for an experienced Director of Personalization & Customer Success to join our Customer Success team and lead the business collaboration and the customer success processes with our US based customers.

 

The ideal candidate has a large experience in customer facing roles in data driven companies, marketing insights, B2B2C consumer marketing, digital marketing or CRM loyalty campaigns management.

He holds a mix of excellent personal skills, data orientation and strong analytical skills, ability to create valuable insights based on shopper behavior data, strong project management skills and experience in collaborating in a cross- functional environment, uncompromised professional skills and “Can do” attitude.

 

Our offices are located in Yakum.

 

As our Director of Personalization & Customer Success you will be:

 

  • Managing the front-line relationships with our US customers on an ongoing basis  while creating deep understanding of the customer’s strategic needs and acting as his professional trusted advisor.
  • Serve as “The voice of the client” and drive internal and external stakeholders to meet the client’s strategic goals.
  • Working closely with Sagarmatha’s customer success team located in the US.
  • Analyzing data of Sagarmatha’s personalized campaigns performance and shopper behavior to create valuable marketing insights and recommendations to improve performance and support the customer’s business strategy.
  • Building presentations and presenting to the customer on a regular basis (both remote and on-site)
  • Managing a Gannt  of the customer’s personalized campaigns and projects.
  • Working closely and coordinate with the company’s various departments: campaigns execution, analytics, data, data science and product to ensure the most professional service possible.
  • Being involve in operational processes within the company to ensure best solutions to the customers and according to the personalized campaigns timelines.

 

 

 

Desired experience and skills:

  • A in Economics, Business administration, Statistics, Social science or similar in a known university.
  • A data person with strong analytical skills, loves numbers and holds high ability to create valuable insights and communicate concepts and analyses in visualized, easy to understand ways.
  • Experience in managing customer success processes from B2B/ Professional services/ Market research companies with Big-data/ Machine learning/ Marketing automation orientation.
  • A demonstrated track record of success in effectively developing and managing customers relationships.
  • Ability to define business needs and consult on marketing strategies all the way to execution, KPIs measurement and improvements.
  • Experience in leading cross- functional projects and ability to work with people at all levels both internally and externally.
  • Experience with the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry from the suppliers or retailers’ side – big advantage.
  • High presentation skills and story- telling.
  • High level of proficiency in Excel and Power point- must.
  • Detail-oriented and hands- on individual who also can think and plan strategically.
  • Creative, Initiative, proactive, problem solver, self-motivated team player with high energies, high level of accountability and a great person to work with!

Requirements

In this role, you will join our big data development team and participate in building cloud based big data platform for AI based personalization and recommendation engine for both batch and online (e-commerce) use cases.

 

 

Job Description

  • Be part of a small team of professionals building the next generation big data and personalization engine of the company.
  • Build infrastructure for a cloud based platform handling huge amount of data and complex machine learning based solution.
  • Develop in python, spark and Scala
  • Work closely with data scientists and develop machine learning based solutions
  • Work with modern big data databases ( Delta lake, Snowflake, Exasol, Cassandra ) as well as relational databases ( SQL server, MySQL)

  • Manage big data team including new recruits
  • Design and implementation of a cloud based, big data scoring and targeting solution
  • Migrating current algorithms and capabilities into the new environment
  • Adding new capabilities and features according to product roadmap
  • Laying out the infrastructure to support the data science flow required including a research and testing environment
  • Working closely with the data science and product teams

 

Requirements:

  • B.A/B.Sc in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or similar in a known university – an advantage
  • Team/Group management skills. At least 5 years of experience.
