About The Position
Sagarmatha is looking for an inbound product manager, to lead the strategic vision for our real time personalization platform.
· Drive the company strategic vision for real time personalization platform, identifying and defining new use cases, features and enhancements to improve shopper experience.
· Collaborate with other product and engineering team on the development, QA, and release of the platform and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization.
· Define success metrics and track daily metrics to ensure all are meeting defined time line.
· Work collaboratively with Executive, Customer success, Sales, and Data Sciences, to drive product requirements and effectively launch, and support new features.
· Collect and document feedback from internal and external users.
· Manage support issues for both internal and external stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction
· Must have :5+ years of product management experience within ad-tech/digital media/real time.
· Experience with Agile software development / Scrum methodology.
· Prior experience with technical architecture of complex and highly-scalable web applications.
· Prior experience with relational and non-relational DB, and defining fast API’s.
· Prior experience working with DS team.
· Familiarity and experience with dashboards, data visualization tools and business intelligence products.
· Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
· Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple parties, fast moving projects with tight deadlines, and setting priorities
· Strong analytic skills
· Experience in building, designing, and managing products related to advertising and digital media in self-service platforms.
· Experience working with MS Azure cloud
