We designed PPB-LC to enable the production of personalized offers / coupons for loyalty club members. Our system is suitable for any business that has a database of customer purchases. The retailer or e-tailer defines a set of optional coupons or offers, as well as a target function for the campaign (e.g. maximizing sales, maximizing coupons redemption rate).

Our PPB-LC system uses a database comprised of POS data and demographic data (where available) that automatically chooses the best set of coupons for each customer, based on the defined target functions and the customer characteristics that PPB-LC analyzes from the database.

The output of our PPB-LC is a file that determines the coupon mix for each specific customer. The coupons can be distributed via a choice of channels including direct mail, websites, e-mail, store kiosks, mobile phones and PDA. The PPB-LC has a built-in research model that dynamically analyzes system performance and continually improves effectiveness.
