SMART – which stands for Sagarmatha’s MARketing Technology for Mobile Network Operators, enables cellular service providers to maximize the marketing impact of the price plans and services offers made to each individual user, based on historic purchase/usage data, and advanced customer behavior modeling and prediction algorithms.
Using the SMART system, the cellular provider’s offers are presented in a manner that ensures subscribers are always acquainted with the most appropriate plan or bundle, as defined by either adding incremental revenue and/or growing user loyalty. For every proposal and for each user, SMART also recommends the most appropriate communication channel in order to maximize the response rate.
SMART implementation gives mobile operators the ability to mix and match highly relevant offers across different services available and delivers significant improvements in ARPU, grows user loyalty, and discourages churn.
