By analyzing a credit card company's transactional data, and combining that with both demographic and location based data, our Personal Promotion Builder (PPB)  suite chooses the most relevant set of marketing offer for each card holding customer, thereby enabling the highest level of 1-to-1 marketing.

 

Offers are sourced from merchants seeking to attract new, relevant customers. The PPB analyzes transactional and demographic characteristics of those customers that have purchased from each merchant in the past, and finds other customers within the target geography that display a  similar profile, and matches a set of offers to each one. These personalized offers can then be distributed along with the monthly credit card statement, or via other distribution channels including email, sms, social networks and others.

 

Our advanced technology also includes a built-in artificial intelligence (AI) module that dynamically analyzes performance and redemption of offers on an ongoing basis, and continually improves the personalization process.
