PPB - retailer loyalty clubs + credit cards
We designed the Personal Promotion Builder (PPB) to enable the production of personalized offers / coupons for loyalty club members and credit card holders, and is suitable suitable for any business that has a data warehouse of customer purchase history. The retailer or credit card company defines a set of optional coupons or offers, as well as a target function for the campaign (e.g. maximizing sales, maximizing coupons redemption rate).
Our PPB system then analyzes the historical data along with demographic and location data (where available) and automatically chooses the best set of coupons for each customer, based on the defined target functions and the customer characteristics that PPB analyzes from the database.
The output of our PPB is a file that determines the offer mix for each specific customer. These offers can be distributed via a choice of channels including direct mail, websites, e-mail, store kiosks, smart phones etc. In addition, The PPB has a built-in Artificial Intelligence module that continuously analyzes and learns from customer behavior in response to previous campaigns and offers, and automatically adjusts and improves results accordingly.
